Schedule of Assessment:
Requirements:
1. For applicants who completed MARINA’s online evaluation via the MISMO System:
- Application number sent via text message by MARINA
2. For applicants who wish to be assisted in uploading their documents to the MISMO System (additional fees apply):
- Birth Certificate (NSO Authenticated)
- RFPEW training certificate
- Certificate of Sea Service (at least 2 months)
- Seaman’s Book (SIRB)
- Seafarer’s Registration Number (SRN)
- Any valid government ID
- passport size or 2x2 picture with collar and white background
- Barangay Certificate not PUI/PUM
